A membership at Richard Hugo House helps supports our many classes, residencies and events. Memberships run yearly; your dues are tax deductible and can be matched by your employer if your workplace has a matching gift program. Benefits include:
- a 10% discount on Hugo Writing Classes, discounted tickets to select events - such as the Hugo Literary Series - and discounted rates on rental spaces;
- Subscription to our newsy and entertaining quarterly newsletter, Rewrite;
- Special advance registration for Hugo Writing Classes (be first to enroll; avoid a waitlist!);
- Access to our Members' Library, which includes literary magazines, books by regional authors, writing-market directories, state-of-the-art computers and a quiet work space;
- 10% discount on purchases at Elliott Bay Book Company; and
- 10% discount on Hugo House merchandise.

An individual membership costs $50; some discounts apply.
